On Thursday, April 3, Diana Moss spoke on a Chair’s Showcase panel at the American Bar Association’s Spring Meeting titled, “Have We Been Doing It All Wrong?”
The panel discussed complexity economics, chaos theory, dynamic competition, agent-based modeling and other economic views and their utility to antitrust enforcement.
The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s 2025 Antitrust Spring Meeting was the largest gathering of competition, consumer protection and data privacy professionals from around the world, and took place April 2-4 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. The conference featured a host of top U.S., international and state enforcers and other officials from the private and public sectors, including new European Commissioner Teresa Ribera.
